What pharmacies do you work with?

Above Wellness partners with trusted 503A state-licensed compounding pharmacies that follow strict regulatory and safety standards. We do not operate as a pharmacy ourselves. All medications are filled and shipped directly by the pharmacy in temperature-controlled packaging, based on your provider’s prescription.

Are in-person visits required?

No. Most of our services are fully virtual, including your initial consult, provider review, and medication fulfillment. Prescriptions are issued by a licensed medical provider and filled and shipped directly from our 503A partner pharmacies.

For select services, we may offer limited in-person or concierge options through approved partners or pop-up events, depending on availability.

How do your weight loss injections work?

Our GLP-1 blends, like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, help regulate appetite, improve blood sugar balance, and support long-term fat loss. You’ll receive a personalized dosing schedule and ongoing support from our clinical team.

What’s the difference between peptides and GLP-1s?

In most cases, no. Many therapies, including peptides and GLP-1s, do not require labs to begin. For certain services, like hormone optimization or more advanced protocols, our team may recommend labs to tailor your care.

How long does it take to see results?

This depends on your specific therapy and goals. Some patients feel results like increased energy, better focus, or appetite suppression within days. Others notice physical changes over 4–8 weeks. Our team will guide you through what to expect based on your treatment plan.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Availability depends on pharmacy licensing and state regulations. During your account setup, we’ll confirm whether your location is eligible for the treatment selected.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on what you order:
‍Compounded medications: These are made to order by our partner pharmacies. After your prescription is approved and submitted, most arrive within 7–10 days, but during high-demand periods, it may take up to 2–3 weeks.
‍Merchandise and non-prescription items: Items we have on hand typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Is shipping discreet and safe?

Yes. All medications are shipped securely and discreetly from our licensed pharmacy partners. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped in insulated packaging to preserve integrity. Packaging may vary depending on the dispensing pharmacy.

Your treatment is overseen by licensed medical professionals with extensive clinical experience. Our supervising physician is a board-certified MD with over 30 years of clinical experience and expertise in family and emergency medicine, supported by a team with deep experience in health, wellness, and personalized care.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple:
1. Create Your Account – Register on the Above Wellness portal to unlock treatment pricing and begin your personalized care journey.
2. Complete Your Health History – Share your wellness goals and the treatments you’re interested in through a confidential questionnaire inside your account.
3. Get Doctor Approved – A licensed provider reviews your health history and approves your specific treatment before anything moves forward.
4. Receive Your Treatment – Complete your purchase and your prescription ships directly from a licensed pharmacy to your door, fully equipped and ready to use.

Are your services covered by insurance?

We do not accept insurance. However, you can absolutely use your HSA or FSA funds to pay.
